Increase Youtube Buffering Speed

With this trick you can increase Youtube as well as sites like Metacafe video buffering speed@

Here it goes --

Start -> Run -> system.ini -> Hit Enter

You'll get one notepad file like this-

    Start -> Computer -> in the address box type "C:\Windows" -> look for "system" (not the folder)-> drag it to the desktop and past the code above and save.
